The Goods Are Not Exactly The One On The Store Page. Delivered On The 21st Day. The Packing Is Factory Made Cardboard Boxes And Plastic Bags Without PU Leather. One Box Was Heavily Crumpled, The Second Only A Little, But The Devices Themselves Were Whole. They Have A Steel Case, Not Plastic, As In The Photo Of The Store, There Are No Holes For Cooling. Power Devices, According To The Inscription On The Body, 20-40W. Attached The Lamp TL-D 36W/33-640 Philips. Lit Instantly, But It Is Noticeably Weaker Than When Connected To An Old Ballast With A Throttle And Starter. Judging By The Light, With This Ballast, The Lamp Burns Weaker By A Third, If Not More. Actually This Ballast Is For Ring Lamps, Maybe They Have Different Power And With Them It Will Work Fine. Then Try To Order. And Can Steel Body And Better.
