NOTES:

The probe can endure heat from -58°F (-50°C) to 482°F?250°C).Pls Do not heat sensors too far, the temperature 482F is the limit.
Clean he probe and thermometer after use.
Probes and cables are waterproof but not fire resistant, please don’t expose them with open flame.
The meter can only connector with 1 probe, if you need spare probe, please choose the option with two probes, Please do not open a dispute for only 1 connector for the probe.

Touch buttons

M/M: Press to select the meat type
S/T: Press to select the meat taste level
S/S: Press once to select °C or °F, Press and hold for 2 seconds to enter manually set the target temperature mode
Then it will buzzer when the cooking temperature reach the alert temperature.
