Product Was Exactly As Ordered, But Delivery Method Was Confusing. The Tracking Said It Was Delivered To My Address On A Particular Date, Yet Nothing Arrived. I Tried To Contact Both Ali Express & The Seller, And Was Told It Was Delivered, Which Was Not True. More Than A Week Later, I Got An SMS From A Local Delivery Point To Say The Item Had Been In Their Possession For Weeks And That I Had To Come & Pick It Up. There Was No Way To Tell This From The Tracking Information, And No Way To Know Who The 'Last Mile Carrier' Was - Very Confusing. 25 Oct 2020 05:25
