Suggested Instructions for Using Cerium Oxide:
(1) Supplies needed:
1. Cerium oxide
2. Water (some recommend distilled water)
3. Shiny frames
4.Electric drilling
5. Small plastic tubs (pint or quart size)

(ii) Directions:
1. Thoroughly clean the area you will be working on. Make sure that there is no dirt or grime on the glass, as this may lead to additional scratches once you start polishing.
2. It has two small plastic tubs ready. Quart or pint sized containers work well. Fill one halfway with water.
3. Put the shiny tires into the water. Let it get completely wet, but not dripping wet.
4. Put some cerium oxide into the empty sink, and add enough water to create a slurry (a thin, paste-like mixture).
5. Attach wet shiny tires to your electric drill and dip them in the mud.
6. Put shiny tires on your work area, use a small size adhesive wrap if the scrach is near the corner of the windows Keep the wheel moving in an up, down and circular motion. Make sure the clay doesn't dry out, as this can cause your glass to overheat and break. If your clay becomes dry, you can spritz with a spray bottle full of water.
