The thermal transfer method is to make a circuit board, which is printed on a thermal transfer paper by a laser printer, and then the transfer paper is covered on the copper-clad board, and after heating, the melted toner is completely adsorbed.
On the copper plate, after cooling, tear off the transfer paper, you can see that the circuit board pattern has been transferred to the copper plate.
The black anti-corrosion layer is the PCB pattern we want, and finally it is corroded. Get the PCB board we want.
The heating tools used in the production process are electric irons or laminators.
The transfer paper provided by the shop is used for making thermal transfer paper for circuit boards.
The circuit board has the following advantages:

Instructions:
Print the circuit board circuit diagram to the glossy side of the thermal transfer paper with a laser printer;
Adjust to 150-180 degrees Celsius with the plate making machine, apply the side of the thermal transfer paper printed with the circuit diagram on the copper-clad board for transfer; or use the electric iron instead of the plate-making machine, manual transfer;
After printing, remove the transfer paper and put the copper plate into the ferric chloride solution for corrosion;
4 Finally, clean the toner on the board with gasoline.
