WE SHIP ALL ORDERS ACROSS THE GLOBE FOR FREE


Courier
We use various couriers to deliver products, who delivery products promptly and quick. All orders are traceable and require signature on delivery along with an Age and Name check.

Delays? Things we can't do much about:

  • Severe weather
  • Strike action
  • Terrorism

But we would like to!

All postal losses or delays will be dealt with no sooner than 7 working days.

All claims must be made within 28 working days of the dispatch date.

Late and Lost Deliveries
If your delivery has been delayed, then please contact us and we will provide you with the tracking number to enable you to chase it up. We cannot refund or replace lost items until 28 working days. We cannot be held responsible for goods that are lost or delayed in transit but we will help you find with solutions.

Packaging
Your products will be sent to you in our branded packaging box. The outer delivery box is always plain, discreet and delivered securely and safely.


Prices
Goods are charged at price stated on the date the customer places the order and are inclusive of VAT/GST/Taxes. Prices are correct at time of publication. In the case of any unexpected change in price, you will be informed and asked if you wish to reconsider your order before proceeding.

RETURNS

Problem with your order?
Before placing an order through our website, we recommend that you carefully research the product you intend to purchase. We will assist you to deal with any issues when you get in touch with us.

Return Policy
We have a 14 day Return Policy on all orders shipped.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • We cannot, under any circumstance, accept returns for products that have been used.

How to Return a Product

  1. Email us with the reason for your return and photo proof that the product is new and unused.
  2. An address for return will be provided via email.
  3. Pack the item(s) in the box and packaging that you received, print the shipping label and secure the label to the box. The box can be dropped off at your nearest postal office.
  4. A refund or store credit will be issued once the returned item has arrived to the our warehouse.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to reject any return that does not comply with the foregoing requirements.

What if a product is damaged?
In the unlikely event that a product arrives broken, damaged or the incorrect product was shipped, please inform us within 14 days of delivery in order to receive an exchange.
